  1. Can the retail consumer buy directly from Blackhawk? Top
    Blackhawk Furniture can be purchased only through authorized Blackhawk Furniture dealers nationwide, who will also provide service under Blackhawk Furniture’s Limited 1 Year Warranty.

  2. Can the retail consumer get a catalog and/or pricing information from Blackhawk? Top
    Since Blackhawk Furniture is not set up to deal with the retail consumer, Blackhawk cannot provide catalogs and/or pricing information.

  3. How can I locate a dealer in my area? Top
    Authorized Blackhawk dealers can be found in the Dealer Locator section of this website.

  4. If I have moved or my dealer is no longer in business, how do I receive service? Top
    You may locate a dealer in the Dealer Locator section of this website and contact them directly.

  5. My Blackhawk dealer has ordered my furniture and I would like to determine the status of my order. Top
    Please check with your authorized dealer for your order status. They will have all pertinent information to track orders.

  6. How can I receive parts for the furniture I purchased? Top
    Please request all parts through your authorized Blackhawk dealer.

  7. How do I care for my furniture? Top
    1. Dust regularly and use a soft cloth to apply a good quality furniture polish.
    2. Do not place rubber or vinyl objects directly on the surfaces as they may cause a chemical reaction, damaging the finish.
    3. Your furniture should also be kept away from excess sunlight, dampness, heat and cold.
    4. Spills should be removed promptly.
